Deeeeelightful!
Victoria, it just doesn't get any better than this.
Enjoy!
Pogue Swain, like many Left-Wing, none-too-bright graduate students at
fourth and fifth tier universities, is VERY easy to con -- and Reedy has
successfully done so, with VERY little effort on his part. Indeed he has
Pogue Swain salivating.
P. T. Barnum was right -- there's another little sucker born every minute.
Hilarious!
This reasonably clever student is getting several SHM and AHB people to
write his 20-page paper for him....
But they aren't clever or smart enough to realize it -- and how they are
being used.
All he has to do is mine their posts -- piece things together -- compare and
contrast -- add an introduction, a conclusion and a little interstitial
material and...
Voila! He has his 20-page paper.
The naïve pogues and poguettes are even giving him an extensive list for his
BIBLIOGRAPHY -- so he will have that too, with very little effort on his
part.
Reedy is using the SHM people as unpaid research assistants, sounding boards
and contributors for various ideas and approaches, as well as factual
material and analysis.
We note with amusement that SOME of the naïve pogues and poguettes have been
less willing to be conned by Reedy, SINCE my initial post -- while others,
the stupidest and most naïve of all continue to play the assigned role of
the designated fool and flummoxed patsy.
How Sweet It Is!

How come I rarely get designated as a pogue? I'm disappointed.

Do you actually know Latin, or do you laboriously scour the Internet for
Latin snippets that other people have already dreamed up?

I find it odd that he never uses the motto of the
one place he surely belongs: Parcere subjectis.

So prove it, Hinesy, write that 20 page paper using only our posts.
Since we both know you can't do it, you resort to this sort of sad
invective. How pathetic.

By George, I think he's got it! Another adjective to go with
"hilarious". And what a fine pair they make. Now another five years
mouthing words from his Grade 1 grammar and he might find yet another!
Hope he learns to spell this new one by then.
