"I had always hoped that the younger generation receiving their
early impressions after the flame of liberty had been kindled in
every breast...would have sympathized with oppression wherever
found, and proved their love of liberty beyond their own share
of it."

-- Thomas Jefferson (letter to Edward Coles, 25 August 1814)

Reference: Jefferson: Writings, Peterson ed., Library of America
(1344-45)

Jefferson was right, of course.

That's one major reason America is fighting for Liberty and Freedom From
Oppression in Iraq and Afghanistan -- and in the larger Global War On
Terror.

Which  is why Dubya put the Shiites into power in Iraq with a mandate
for religious fundamentalism and opression  and why  he opened a kinder
gentler concentration camp in Guantanamo

Rights are for dubyas friends and buddies.

How about we give Jeffersonian rights to the inmates at Gitmo?

or is it like Jefferson and sally

"do as we say, not as we do"

You don't really believe this horseshit do you Hines.  There is little
difference between the foreign policy of America and that of the Third
Reich.

You mean you've actually found a difference?!!!

My congratulations on what must have been hours of detailed research!

Hilarius Magnus Cum Laude!

Pogue Highlander is just trying to pick a fight with any American he can
wind up here.

Pitiful!...

As Creative Repartee...

And Intellectually Bankrupt Indeed.

Hilarious!

Pogue Highlander was simply LYING about having a "Chinese girlfriend".

He doesn't HAVE a woman.

That's the long and the short of it.

Now he's weaseling and twisting in the wind.

How Sweet It Is!
