Vincent Pogue Brannigan, who was raised and educated as a Roman Catholic in
Baltimore, Maryland and the environs -- and who is now one of those amusing
Lapsed Catholics one often finds on the Loony Left -- constantly uses the
amusing euphemism OFCS.

OFCS means "Oh, For Christ's Sake!" of course -- and Pogue Brannigan is very
fond of it.

So the man is so insincere, disingenuous and duplicitous he even tries to
hide his BLASPHEMY.

Hilarious!

At least he doesn't use the term "hilarious" in every post.  Has a
bigger vocabulary than you seem to.

So that's it!  As of this morning I quit taking my medication.

Oh for Christ's sake who who other than you would think it was hidden

do a google on Vince and Heretic

in 2002

I don't thing the greater glory of god had anything to do with it ( I
always explain to my students that I failed religion in jesuit school
because I was a heretic, but I failed Latin honestly.  I got into a long
debate over the issue of whether humans could increase the "glory" of
god or if that was not in and of itself sinful pride.

The Really Funny thing about Lapsed Roman Catholics, such as Brannigan, is
that they go to such elaborate efforts to make lame jokes about it and
strike poses.

Hilarious!

Even Funnier...

A Lapsed Roman Catholic who CALLS himself a HERETIC because it sounds
tonier -- and gets a bigger laugh from his colleagues and students when he
tells them.

Correct as never before!

Pogues like Vince and his ilk may attempt to assail the noble
edifice of your reasoning by devious tactics such as unfairly
quoting the definition of "blasphemy" from the Catholic
Encyclopedia [1]:

"Blasphemy (Greek blaptein, "to injure", and pheme, "reputation")
signifies etymologically gross irreverence towards any person or
   thing worthy of exalted esteem."

and attempting to claim that "Oh, for Christ's sake!" is not
exactly a phrase that expresses "gross irreverence" towards the
guy who's Number 2 in the Holy Trinity.

Ignore them.  Such trifles as mere words and their proper
definitions are unworthy of consideration for an intellect
as vast as yours.  Stalwarts to the fore!  Carry on, Commander
Hines!

Pogue Vinnie Brannigan regularly violates the Third Commandment ---- and as
we see today he is too drunk to even read the other Nine.

The Third Commandment?  Clearly Vince's pogueishness is such that
it is entirely reasonable to expect him to blatantly ignore the
sanctity of the Sabbath [1], so I must admit I'm not surprised.

Right once again, Commander Hines!
