In Clarke, reference below, there are 186 patriots listed as participating
in the Siege of Ft. Cumberland (Nova Scotia) under the command of Col.
Jonathan Eddy. The author states that their participation in the American
Revolutionary War can be verified, however, the primary source is not given.

Clarke Ernest, THE SIEGE OF FORT CUMBERLAND, 1776, an Episode in the
American Revolution, McGill-Queen's University Press 1995, ISBN
0-7735-1867-3 (Paper) Monntreal & Kingston, p. 215-221.

Does anyone know a primary source for the verification of the active duty of
these patriots?
