Like it or not, it's not the f*cking tanks and nukes and rockets that have made up the bulk of the budget. In the military, the largest cost is in PEOPLE (pay, benefits, retirement, training). Outside of the military it's a bunch of "good ideas" each of which doesn't seem like much but together bust the budget. |
