"As vice president, I have absolutely no influence of, involvement of,
knowledge of in any way, shape or form of contracts led by the Corps of
Engineers or anybody else in the federal government," Cheney told NBC's
"Meet the Press" in September, Time said.
Now it turns out that a hugh DoD contract was coordinated with Cheney
before they told Bush about it. The smoking gun is an email sent by
a Corps of Engineers official naming Douglas Feith as the DoD person
that gave the contract to Haliburton with no bids and only Cheney's OK.
And Ty before you start denying or apologizing for this one, wait and
read tomorrow's "Time Magazine" article on Cheney.

Again, where was all your outrage when Clinton was president? I just *love*
it when Clinton supporters whine about liars in the White House!

We did not have over 800 dead troopers or over 5000 wounded and maimed
whilst clinton ran the show. bush and his unholy gaggle are unfit to lead.
