Zionism and oil?

When the state of Israel was created in 1948 (by UN decree) one of the
results was the movement of Jewish people from nations that have oil
resources to the new nation which does not.  Do you think this was a
coincidence?  Could one of the reasons be to hinder the development of
democracy in these other nations so that the oil could be more easily
extracted?

Far off. There are more direct obvious reasons.

You are probably right.  But then it is hard to come up with a new
conspiracy theory.

A movement form nations where Jews were being butchered.

"Haliburton" Bush supporting them unless it is about oil.
