Ranking the Presidents (Forbes, 7/20/04)

Even an unfair and unbalanced conservative magazine, Forbes, gives the top 3
spots to the Democrats.

Paul Volcker killed the inflation and saved Reagan's a.s, otherwise he would
have been placed between Ford and Carter. That's how sad the Party of
States' Rights has become.
