Does anyone have a copy of the essay "datsua nyou"

That (in)famous essay by yukichi fukuzawa.  ALthough from what i read
of his biography, he seemed fairly sane, i would like a  copy of this
essay because the title alone makes it seem like it was written by a
lunatic, but made him highly respected.  But basically im just
curious.  Do you have any links?
