This film skipped the part when Jesus is brought to King Herod and then returned to Pilate. Although two actors are credited as playing Herod, Peter Ustinov (the senior herod) and Chris Plummer. Am I missing something?

I read recently that the first automobile in my hometown (Hampton, VA) arrived in 1903. Since most people still used horse and buggies to get into town then, I was wondering where they parked them. Hitching posts? Livery stables? How was this usually handled?
